After twenty-two years, I have never tired of my New Mexico surroundings. I love those big, puffy white clouds in a perfect blue sky and the colorful sunrises and sunsets that God blesses us with here. I love the bright sunshine that bathes everything in a wonderful light and casts beautiful shadows on old adobe walls. This beauty is the inspiration for my paintings.
I like to create art that brightens your environment and makes you feel inspired. I seek to find something spiritual in everything I paint. I have always admired the work of Georgia O'Keeffe and her description of painting as "filling a space in a beautiful way".
